Elizabeth Wallace joined the CDA in April 2020. She has worked for the Stanley Museum of Art for over ten years. She holds a BA in Theoretic Linguistics and an MA in Strategic Communications.  In addition to her life-long fascination with language and communication, Elizabeth is a retired ballet professional. During her years as a dancer in Washington, DC, she studied ASL at Gallaudet University and was a volunteer teacher/coach for their dance company – combining her love of movement and language as forms of personal expression. She is passionate about making all the arts, both visual and performing, accessible to all.
